These two don’t like each other, can you tell?
Character/ref sheet for a new character of mine over at Stormstruck. She’s a murderous, cannibalistic shark-beast metahuman bitch and I love her.
Wood nymphs, to put it simply, are tricksters. They don’t care much for the civilized races and do whatever they can to disrupt journeys, trade routes, hunting expeditions, and sometimes even interfere with wars and battles if they spill into their forests or groves. They are genderless, faceless, voiceless, but blessed with considerable power. They are determined as hell to keep unwanted visitors out of their territories.
Yup, just a Mulga Acacia tree-based wood nymph.
Day 4: Favorite overall dinosaur
I blame James Gurney and that adorable little pink pig-parrot of his for this.
The Vessels were once powerful Mages or D’jinn, who were either overambitious to see their legacies last or were enslaved by those even more powerful than themselves, the latter of which were marked by the binding charm holding their second and third fingers together. They are merely husks of what they once were; they feel no warmth, no joy, no sorrow, and no pain. Only a ravenous hunger for their Mother magic.
Creature development/design for my story The Stone City. Yeah.
